My dad&#039;s awesome recipe uses finely grated (or food processed to be easier) potatoes and onions, some flour, some baking powder, a little tiny bit of salt, and some egg. What you cooked looks a bit like hashbrowns to me =) Of course it comes down to taste though and if you enjoyed it, then yay! (Maybe I can find out my dad&#039;s recipe though if you&#039;re interested some time).</description>
